ANNUAL LSM SUMMIT
The main goal for lsm has always been to give access and mentorship to individuals who are interested in the legal field, but DO NOT HAVE the resources to know what navigating it looks like.
One of the largest issues we aim to tackle is the disparities in the law surrounding representation, where there is a lack of role models and leaders, until now.
❋ AccessFor us, we believe ‘collaboration happens at the top, and competition happens at the bottom’. This allows us to think about how our network is our net worth.
❋ NetworkingLSM is largely structured around mentorship, where we have had over 50+ mentors in or graduates from law school ready to serve the next generation.
❋ MentorshipThe goal of our events is to give legal professionals the necessary tools that are needed to learn more about the legal field and how they can have their own impact.
❋ Personal Brandingsince 2022, we’ve gave out over $30,000 in scholarships
